Elizabeth Charlotte Stearns
Of Arlington Heights

Elizabeth Charlotte Stearns was born on June 25, 1918 in Detroit, Michigan to Walter and Olive (nee Trombley) Vernier. She died Monday, September 10, 2012 at the Lutheran Home and Services.

Mrs. Stearns was a homemaker.

She is survived by her children Suzanne (Stephen) Scheetz, Barbara (Barry) Antonson and Thomas Stearns; her grandchildren Jason, Carrie, Lindsey, Curtis, April, Kayla, Quinn, Westin; and her great grandchildren Taylor, Mason, Logan, Brooke, Griffin, Parker and Charlie.

Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents; her son James Daniel Stearns; and her brother, Tom Vernier.

Memorial Service 10:30 AM, Friday, September 14, 2012 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (four blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Family will receive guests from 9:30 until time of service. Interment private.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105-1905.
