Adolph C. "Michael" Pucci, age 75, was born on September 26, 1936 in Chicago, IL, to Adolfo and Iole (Pagnucci) Pucci. He died unexpectedly Wednesday, September 28, 2011 at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge.

Mr. Pucci survived by his loving spouse of 25 years, Donna nee Spencer; his Son Michael John Pucci; his grandson Michael Anthony Pucci; his sister Laura A. Surratt of Harwood Heights; and two nieces and one nephew.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation from Noon until time of service at 3:30 PM, Saturday, October 1, 2011, at the Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., Arlington Heights, Illinois. Interment private.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to St. Bonaventure Catholic Church, 1641 W Diversey Pkwy, Chicago, IL 60614.
