Paul Andrew Leys
Of Des Plaines
Paul A. Leys was born April 22, 1975 in Arlington Heights. He died on
Saturday, September 17, 2011 at Northwest Community Hospital in
Arlington Heights.
Paul was a treasured family member whose varied skill set, vast
intelligence, and pure heart left an impression on nearly all who he
became acquainted with. Paul was an ASE certified Master Auto Technician
and a licensed locksmith attaining CPL designation (Certified
Professional Locksmith)—the highest accreditation a locksmith can
attain—during his last years. Paul was beloved by his family and close
friends and he cared deeply for each of them. Paul was a committed
Christian believer that reaffirmed his faith throughout his life.
He is survived by his parents, Rodger (Susan) Leys and Jeanette Leys;
his brothers, John and Eric Leys; and his niece, Chelsey Leys.
Visitation from 3:00 PM until time of memorial service 8:00 PM, Friday,
September 23, 2011 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N.
Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington
Heights.
