Joseph J. Lotharius
Of Arlington Heights
Joseph J. Lotharius was born July 24, 1928 to Joseph P. and Marie (nee
Selas) Lotharius in Milwaukee, WI. He died August 30, 2011 at the
Lutheran Home in Arlington Heights.
Mr. Lotharius was a business owner, and worked primarily in association
administration. He was an active member at St. Edna Catholic Church for
many years and was an usher there. He was dearly loved by his family.
Joseph is survived by his wife, Sheila Lee (nee Sovereign) Lotharius,
whom he married in August of 1949 in Milwaukee; his children Stephen
Lotharius, Dawn (Tom) Curatolo, and Paul (Edythe) Lotharius; his
grandchildren, Ross, Prue, Mark, Lauren, Kathryn, and Sydney; and his
great-grandchild, Adrienne.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial Visitation Friday, September 2, 2011 from 6PM until the time of
the Memorial Service at 7PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N.
Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington
Heights. Interment is private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Arlington
Heights Senior Center,1801 W. Central Rd., Arlington Heights, IL 60005.
