H. Dunsing
Of Mt. Prospect
James Dunsing was born July 12, 1934 in Chicago to August and Margarete
(nee Kriegelmeier) Dunsing. He passed away on Wednesday, September 29,
2010 in Mt. Prospect.
Mr. Dunsing was an Army Veteran. He was a self-employed entrepreneur his
whole life, and owned and operated a Home Inspection Business that he
started in 1980. He was a general contractor and home builder and built
his first house at the age of 19 in Skokie. He was a member of American
Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), St. Mary’s Episcopal Church in Park
Ridge, and St. Anthony on the Desert Church in Scottsdale, Arizona.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Jean (nee Bailey) Dunsing; his
sons, Jay Dunsing and James (Juli) Dunsing; his grandchildren, Jeremy,
Danielle, Nadine, and Nathan, and Jenna, Mark, and Matthew Dunsing.
James is preceded in death by his brother, Robert Dunsing; and his
parents.
Visitation is from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM, Friday, October 1, 2010 at the
Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks
south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights, and from 9:00 AM until time
of funeral service 10:00 AM, Saturday, October 2, 2010 at St. Mary’s
Episcopal Church, 306 S. Prospect Ave., Park Ridge. Interment private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Episcopal
Relief and Development Fund, P.O. Box 7058, Merrifield, VA 22116.
