Jane Swieszek
Of Grayslake

Jane Swieszek was born on September 20, 1925 in Chicago, to Joseph and Alexandria (nee Kozlowski) Milewski. She died on September 15, 2010 at Addolorata Villa in Wheeling.

She was a bit of a tomboy while growing up. Jane enjoyed playing and watching sports, particularly the White Sox and Bears. She loved to travel and spending time with her husband of 35 years. Jane retired from Power Parts of Chicago where she was employed as a bookkeeper for over 30 years.

Jane is survived by her husband Edward; her sisters, Josephine (late Paul) Kolososki and Laura (late Edwin) Skwarczynski; many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation Friday, September 17, 2010 from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights. Prayers 10:00 AM Saturday, September 18, 2010 at the funeral home to Addolorata Villa, 555 McHenry Road, Wheeling, for a Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment will be at St. Mary’s Catholic Church – Freemont Center Cemetery.
