Her survivors

Etheridge; and many
nieces and nephews.
She was a great
friend to the Murphy
family.
Madeline is preceded
in death by her
husband the
Honorable William J.
Callahan; her
daughter Kathleen;
her siblings, Verma
Bleau, Harold
Etheridge, Mildred
Crestman, Pearl
Forehand, and
William Etheridge;
and her parents.
