Telephone Company
until his retirement
in 1981. He served
with the United
States Navy during
World War II. He was
a member of the
V.F.W., Post 981 in
Arlington Heights
and a member of the
Telephone Pioneers
of America.
He is survived by
his wife, LaVerne M.
(nee Hunt); his
children, Roberta L.
Blomquist, Michael
C. Buechner, and
Robert C. Buechner,
Jr.; his
grandchildren, Britt
Roehm, Olivia
Buechner, and Carrie
and Tracy Blomquist;
and his
great-grandson
Carson.
He is preceded in
death by his
parents.
