Arlington Heights.
Jean was a volunteer
for various
organizations much
of her adult life.
She was a Deacon and
Elder at
Southminster
Presbyterian Church.
Jean is survived by
her children Pamela
(late John T.)
Grabowski of
Milford, NJ and
Priscilla (Keith
Harris) Elling of
Palatine; her
grandchildren Amy
and Sarah Grabowski,
Ross Elling and
Kimberly Felts; her
great granddaughter
Madeline Ora Felts
Jean is preceded in
death by her husband
Edward Mauel, whom
she married November
5, 1943 in Chicago,
her brother Kenneth
Hommer and by her
parents.
Visitation from
11:30 AM until 2:00
PM with Funeral
Service at Noon,
Saturday, September
5, 2009 at the
Glueckert Funeral
