Diane M. Adamczyk was born July 10, 1958 in Chicago to Paul P. and Irene (nee Korf) Primak. She died Saturday, September 27, 2008 at her home.

Mrs. Adamczyk was an administrative assistant for Brunswick Corp. in Lake Forest for over 10 years.

Her survivors include her husband of 26 years Robert S. Adamczyk; her son Robert Adamczyk, Jr., her daughter Rachel P. Adamczyk; her father Paul P. Primak; her brother Gary E. Primak and her nephew Jason Primak.

Diane is preceded in death by her mother.

Visitation from 3:00 until 9:00 PM, Tuesday, September 30, 2008 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights. Prayers 9:15 AM, Wednesday, October 1, 2008 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., to St. Mary Catholic Church 10 N. Buffalo Grove Road, Buffalo Grove for Mass at 10:00 AM. Burial at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
