suddenly the evening
of September 22,
2008 at her home.
Born in Milwaukee,
WI on September 26,
1915, she and her
late husband, former
Westinghouse
Electric Corp.
executive, William
W. McElray, moved to
Arlington Heights
from Pittsburgh in
1964.
She was a longtime
active member of PEO,
an avid member of
bridge and book
clubs and a devoted
member of The First
Presbyterian Church
of Arlington
Heights.
Survivors include
her two daughters,
Margaret (Donald)
Lane and Susan
Corbett, both of
Palatine; her
grandson Dan Corbett
of Palatine,
granddaughters
Laurie (Jerry)
Coglianese of Lake
Zurich, IL, Sue
(Bill) Amedeo of
West Chicago, IL and
Melissa (John)
Boncosky of Cypress,
TX; three
great-grandsons and
two
great-granddaughters.
