William J. Hoyer
Of Palatine

William J. Hoyer was born on October 22, 1934 in Humboldt, Iowa to Oswald and Mary (nee Hanrahan) Hoyer. He passed away on September 7, 2007 at Lake Okoboji in Arnolds Park, Iowa.

Bill was a 1952 graduate of Humboldt High School where he was class president. He also attended the University of Iowa.

He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Betty (nee Seymour), his brother, Tom (Mary) Hoyer of Iowa City, IA, his sisters, Marianne (Thomas) Dardis of Oak Brook, IL, Sheila (the late Leo) Dingrando of Marion, IL and Sharon (Ed) Dante of Des Moines, IA and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation Tuesday, September 11, 2007 from 9:00 AM until time of Mass at 10:00 AM at St. Thomas of Villanova Catholic Church, 1201 Anderson (Anderson & Williams), Palatine. Interment St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery.
