Irene A. Strycharski

Irene A. Strycharski, formerly of Chicago, was born September 19, 1908 in Chicago to Joseph and Frances (nee Struck) Gizewski. She died Friday, August 31, 2007 at Brighton Gardens in Prospect Heights.

Mrs. Strycharski was a former electronics salesperson for Zenith.

Her survivors include her daughter-in-law Alice Stryker; her grandchildren Margie (friend Bob Colbert) Stryker, Jennifer (Jeff) Romano and Philip (Ashley) Stryker; her great grandsons Joseph, Justin and Jorden Romano; her sister-in-law Charlotte Merk; and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband Thaddeus, her sons Philip Strycharski and Thomas J. Stryker and her parents.

Visitation from 8:30 AM until time of prayers at 9:00 AM, Wednesday, September 5, 2007 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights, to Our Lady of the Wayside Church, 440 S. Mitchell, Arlington Heights for Mass at 9:30 AM. Burial at St. Adalbert Cemetery, Niles.
