Elaine M. Adelizzi
Of Buffalo Grove

Elaine Margaret Adelizzi, formerly of Arlington Heights was born May 27, 1926, in Chicago to Peter and Margaret (nee Becker) Sellas. She died Tuesday, September 27, 2005 at Claremont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Buffalo Grove.

Mrs. Adelizzi was a technician for Honeywell for over 20 years before retiring.

Her survivors include her beloved husband of 62 years Joseph S. Adelizzi whom she married October 22, 1943; her loving children Mark Adelizzi of Mundelein, Gary (Debbie) Adelizzi of Fox River Grove and Debbie (Tom) Russo of Hawthorn Woods; her cherished grandchildren Nicholas and Daniel Russo, Cody and Timothy Adelizzi. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Visitation from 4:00 until 9:00 PM, Friday, September 30, 2005 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd. 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights. Prayers 9:15 AM, Saturday, October 1, 2005 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., to St. Mary Catholic Church 10 N. Buffalo Grove Road, Buffalo Grove for Mass at 10:00 AM. Interment private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to American Red Cross, Hurricane Katrina Relief, 544 W. Northwest Hwy., Arlington Heights, IL 60004.
