Adeline is survived by her husband, Robert Summerfelt; her son, Martin (Pam) Summerfelt; and her granddaughter, Sarah Summerfelt; .

Visitation from 4:00 pm until 9:00 pm, Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights and Wednesday, August 14, 2013 from 9:00 am until the time of Mass at 10:00 am at St. Cecilia Church, 700 S. Meier Road, Mount Prospect. Interment private.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society, 1114 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights, IL 60004.
