Geraldine "Gerry" Rickert
Of Hoffman Estates

Geraldine "Gerry" Rickert was born on September 15, 1945 in Chicago, Illinois to James and Helen (nee Davis) Doyle. She died suddenly Thursday, August 9, 2012.

Geraldine is survived by her loving mother, Helen Doyle, and her children, Michael (Susan) Rickert; and Geraldine (Eamonn) Lally; her siblings, Kathleen (Robert) Schaul, Margaret (Robert) Bowman, Helen Rainville and James (Patricia) Doyle; her grandchildren Lindsay Rickert, Jennifer Rickert, Amanda Rickert, James Lally, Eamonn Lally, and Maeve Lally; and she was a doting aunt to her niece and nephews, also great-aunt to many great-nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Rickert spent the last twenty years of her business career at PlainsBank of Illinois,
starting as a new accounts representative and retiring as Vice President of Retail Banking.

Visitation from 9:00 am until the time of the 11:00 AM Prayer Service Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, Illinois. Entombment will take place at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
