Marlene O. Albert was born on October 12, 1931 in Lawrence, Kansas to Charles and Ethel (nee Mull) Oehrle. She died Wednesday, August 8, 2012 in Arlington Heights.

Marlene is survived by her husband of 50 of years, John; her children, Keith Albert and Amy (Chris) Wilson; her grandchildren, Lauren Albert, Megan Albert and Sarah Wilson; and her brothers, Charles (Lucinda) Oehrle and Kenneth (Dorothy) Oehrle.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation from 9:00 am until the time of funeral services at 11:00 am, Friday, August 10, 2012 at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights. Interment Acacia Park Cemetery in Chicago.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the Cradle Society, 2049 Ridge Ave., Evanston, IL 60201.
