Suzanne Thomson
Of Rolling Meadows
Suzanne Thomson was born July 29, 1919 in Chicago to Ralph and Esther
(nee Littleson) Crook. She passed away on Sunday, August 28, 2011.
She is survived by her loved grandchildren, Scott (Margaret), Chris,
James Thomson, Bill (Gail), Tim, and Ralph Simons and Jay and Kelly
Thomson; her great-grandchildren, Kimberly, Suzanne and Jackalyn Simons
and Bridget Thomson; her great-great granddaughter, Carena Fay; her
brother, Richard (Gloria) Crook; her daughter-in-law, Mary Thomson; and
her nieces and nephews, Tom and Joanne Crook and Dave and Cathy
Barrington.
Suzanne was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William Thomson;
her loving children, Thomas Thomson, and Margaret Simons; her parents,
Esther and Ralph Crook; her grandson, Kevin Thomson; and her siblings,
Barbara Crook, Thomas (Margaret) Crook, Mildred (Arthur) Hindenburg and
Ralph A. Crook Jr.
Visitation from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM, Thursday, September 1, 2011 at
the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4
blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Funeral service 10:00
AM, Friday, September 2, 2011 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd.
Interment is at Acacia Park Cemetery in Chicago.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to benefit her
grandson, Ralph Simons.
