Philip B. O’Grady was born September 25, 1929 in Chicago to Philip and Edna (nee Brown) O’Grady. He died on Sunday, August 28, 2011 in Mt. Prospect.

He is survived by his wife, Maria (nee Polczynska) O’Grady; and his children, Erik and Colleen.

Philip was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM, Wednesday, August 31, 2011at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights and Thursday, September 1, 2011 at St. Edna Catholic Church, 2525 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights from 9:00 AM until Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM. Interment is at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to St. Edna Catholic Church.
