Ruth Burke Workman, 89, formerly of Glenview, beloved wife of Fred L. Workman and the late Edward Burke; loving mother of Edward (Lynn) Burke and Karen Burke; loved grandmother of Ben (Laura) Burke and Heather Burke; dear great-grandmother of Lucy and Henry Burke and Haley and Sydney McCoy; fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Ruth was a 12 year volunteer at Glenbrook Hospital. Earlier in life she owned and trained championship horses.
