Glenn A. Treat
Of Arlington Heights

Glenn A. Treat was born on February 22, 1953 to Leland R. and Jeanetta (nee Kirby) Treat in Neptune, NJ. He died August 24, 2010 at his home in Arlington Heights.

Mr. Treat worked as a self-employed project manager for telecommunication companies. He was a University of Dayton alumnus and belonged to the Alpha Kappa Psi fraternity. Glenn was a former member of the Rotary Club of Arlington Heights and coach for the Arlington Aces Soccer Team.

He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Kerry (nee Flanagan) Treat; his children, Sean Patrick of Schaumburg, Kyle Leland and Kaitlin Colleen of Arlington Heights; his sister Michele (Randall) Reid, his brothers-in-law, Brian Patrick (Anna Jean) and Michael (Catherine) Flanagan; his nieces and nephews, Jaime (Stephen) Roldan, Sarah Elizabeth, Jennifer Anne and Allison Gina Flanagan, Scott Reid, Ryan, Kevin, and Matthew Flanagan.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother-in-law Richard Flanagan Jr..

Visitation from 4:00 until 8:00 PM, Friday, August 27, 2010 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights. Prayers 8:45 AM, Saturday, August 28, 2010 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., to Our Lady of the Wayside Church, 440 S. Mitchell, Arlington Heights for Mass at 9:30 AM. Burial at St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery.
