Regina Cukierski

Regina Cukierski was born on September 7, 1920 to Adolph and Sophie Polinski in Chicago. She passed away on August 10, 2010 at the Lutheran Home in Arlington Heights.

She is survived by her children, Daniel (Mary) , Leonard (Rana) , Gerald (Barbara), Joseph (Eileen) , Michael (Kim) and Theresa Cukierski; her grandchildren, Christopher, Jennifer, Steven, Michael, Kevin, Joseph, John, Nicholas, Daniel, Tony and Marty; her great-grandson, Tyler; and her sister, Florence Kalka.

Regina was preceded in death by her husband, Martin Cukierski; her sons, George and Stephen Cukierski; and her sisters, Estelle Baczak and Loretta Grabowski.

Visitation 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM Sunday, August 15, 2010 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Prayers 9:00 AM Monday, August 16, 2010 at the funeral home to St. Juliana, 7201 Oketo, Chicago, IL for Mass at 10:00 AM. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery.
