															Marjorie Ellen Stull 
															was born July 28, 
															1921 in La Crosse, 
															Wisconsin to Arthur 
															S. and Blanche (nee 
															Holway) Ulrich. She 
															died Sunday, August 
															24, 2008 at 
															Northwest Community 
															Healthcare Center in 
															Arlington Heights.
															
															Marjorie graduated 
															from Senn High 
															School in Chicago in 
															1937. She received 
															AA degrees from 
															Wright Junior 
															College and the 
															Academy of Fine 
															Arts, both in 
															Chicago. She 
															received her BA 
															degree from 
															Northeastern 
															University in 
															Chicago where she 
															majored in art and 
															art education and 
															graduated with 
															honors. 
															
															Her professional 
															life was dedicated 
															to the arts in the 
															local community. An 
															accomplished artist 
															herself working in 
															mixed media, her 
															work was shown in 
															several local art 
															galleries and at the 
															Arlington Heights 
															Public Library. She 
															also taught art for 
															many years at 
															several local high 
															schools. She was one 
															of the founders of 
															the Countryside Art 
															Gallery in Arlington 
															Heights and served 
															in a variety of 
															leadership positions 
															in the organization 
															including several 
															terms as president. 
															Later, she served as 
															chair of the 
															Contemporary Art 
															Center in Arlington 
															Heights. Early in 
															her married life, 
															she worked for 
															several years in 
															advertising.
															
															In addition to her 
															husband of 65 years, 
															William J, Stull, 
															she is survived by 
															her sons William J., 
															Jr. (Judith) of 
															Lafayette Hill, 
															Pennsylvania, 
															Jonathan J. 
															(Penelope) of Cedar 
															Falls, Iowa, Peter 
															A. (Carol) of 
															Fullerton, 
															California, and 
															James N. (Elaine) of 
															Columbus, Ohio; her 
															grandchildren 
															Deborah L. (Brett), 
															Dylan T., Nicholas 
															W., Gregory W., 
															Samuel W., and 
															Christine H. Stull; 
															and her great 
															granddaughter Niamh 
															L. Stull.
															
															Marjorie is preceded 
															in death by her 
															parents and her 
															brother John Ulrich.
															
															The memorial 
															service will be at 
															11:00 am, Saturday, 
															September 13, 2008 
															at the Glueckert 
															Funeral Home, Ltd., 
															1520 N. Arlington 
															Heights Road, (4 
															blocks south of 
															Palatine Road) 
															Arlington Heights. 
															Family will receive 
															guests from 10:30 am 
															until the time of 
															the service.
