Lloyd B. Thomas
Of Schaumburg

Lloyd B. Thomas, formerly of Algonquin and Buffalo Grove was born August 18, 1970, in Chicago to Lloyd and Earlene (nee Bartley) Thomas. He died Friday, August 17, 2007 at Elmhurst Hospital.

Mr. Thomas was a behavioral health counselor at Westlake Resurrection Hospital in Melrose Park, formerly with Glen Oaks Hospital in Glendale Heights.

He was a 1990 graduate of Buffalo Grove High School and received a Bachelors degree in Human Services from UW Oshkosh in 1995. Lloyd participated as a mentor in the Big Brother program

His survivors include his wife of 5 years, Sarah nee Cason; his children Jeffrey, Paige, Lloyd Jr., and Hailey; his mother; his brother Andre Thomas and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Lloyd is preceded in death by his father.

Visitation from 5:00 pm until time of funeral service at 7:00 PM, Wednesday August 22, 2007 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Interment private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Lloyd B. Thomas Memorial Fund, to be used for this children’s education, C/O Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd.
