Philip E. Rosheger
Of Arlington Heights

Philip E. Rosheger was born November 16, 1931 in Chicago to Philip and Katherine (nee Varvaro) Rosheger. He died Sunday, August 13, 2006 at Northwest Community Healthcare Center in Arlington Heights.

Mr. Rosheger was a sheet metal worker for Arrowhead Mechanical before retiring in 1998. He served in the Army during the Korean War and was a member of the Sheet Metal Workers Union, Local #73.

His survivors include his daughters Pamela (Jerald) Morphew of East Peoria, Ill., Patti (Lawrence) Cooper of Delaware, OH, and Penny (Walter) Alt of Germantown, WI; his grandchildren Jennifer and Jaclyn Morphew, Jeffrey Cooper, and Ryan and Sarah Alt; and his sister Antoinette (Earl) LaBrec.

Philip is preceded in death by his wife Shirley.

Visitation from 3:00 until 8:00 PM, Tuesday, August 15, 2006 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights. Prayers 9:15 AM, Wednesday, August 16, 2006 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., to St. James Church, 831 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights for Mass at 10:00 AM. Interment at St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to American Cancer Society, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Ste 1200, Chicago, IL 60601.
