Helen H. Howarth was born in Chicago on March 22, 1925 to Otto and Gertrude (nee Westphal) Haller.  She passed away in Arlington Heights on August 12, 2006

She is survived by her children, Linda L. (James) Kolberg of Arlington Heights and Gary R. (Linda) Larsen of Franklin, Tenn, her step-children, Cooley Jr. (Connie) Howarth, Stacey (Bruce) Lawson and Morgan Howarth, and her grandchildren David, Eric and Andrea Larsen and Ryan Kolberg. 

She was preceded in death by her husbands Ralph Larsen and Cooley R. Howarth.

Funeral services will be held  7:30 PM on Wednesday August 16, 2006 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights.   Visitation Wednesday, August 16, 2006 from 4 PM until 8 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Ste 1200, Chicago, IL 60601.
