Ellen Glover was born December 10, 1944 in Chicago to Frank and Sarah "Dollie" (nee Lawrence) Lord. She died Thursday, August 4, 2005 at her home.

Ms. Glover owned the E. Loreé Beauty Shop in Arlington Heights for 10 years.

Ellen is survived by her significant other, Lee LaCorte; her children, Jennifer Glover MD, Frankie Glover III; her siblings, Donna (Marvin) Gaudette, Dorothy Ingo, Beverly (Bill) Murphy, Linda (Rocky) Amaya, Richard (Rachel) Lord, and Donald (Marie) Lord; her dear friends, Lee's children, Michael (Laura) LaCorte and Cindi LaCorte.

Visitation Sunday, August 7, 2005 from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights. Prayers 9:15 AM, Monday, August 8, 2005 from the funeral home to St. Mary Catholic Church 10 N. Buffalo Grove Road in Buffalo Grove for Mass at 10:00 AM. Interment St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine.
