John E. "Jack" Barrett Jr.

John E. "Jack" Barrett Jr. was born on October 21, 1934 in Utica, NY to John and Teresa (nee Fitzgerald) Barrett. He passed away on Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at his home in Mt. Prospect.

John is survived by his wife, Donna (nee Robinson); his children, Mary Beth (John) Sauer, Kevin (Missy) Barrett, Michael Barrett and Kathleen "Katie" (Steve) Ford; and his grandchildren, Johnathon, Michael, Joshua, Teresa, Charlie, Madison and Oliver.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, William "Bill" Barrett.

Visitation from 4:00 pm until 9:00 pm, Friday, August 2, 2013 at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights. Prayers 9:15 am Saturday, August 3, 2013 at the Funeral Home, proceeding to St. James Catholic Church, 831 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights for Mass at 10:00 am.
