Marina E. Villejo was born on January 25, 1926 in Manila, Philippines to Pedro and Soledad (nee Bondoc) Encarnacion. She died Monday, July 15, 2013 in Palatine.

Marina is survived by her spouse, Cornelio “Nel” Villejo; her children, Jeanette (Joseph) Fye, Marinela Villejo, Ronald (Karen Landrum) Villejo, and Rory Villejo; and her grandchildren, Lexi Fye, Eva Villejo, and Sammie Fye.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm, Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights. Prayers will be said at 8:45 am Thursday, July 18, 2013 at the funeral home proceeding to Our Lady of the Wayside Catholic Church, 440 S. Mitchell, Arlington Heights for Mass at 9:30 am. Burial at St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery in Palatine.
