William R. Hermann, 93, longtime resident of Niles, beloved husband of the late Alice; loving father of Darlene Krause, Donna (Glenn) Guenther, and Diane (Gary) Snopek; cherished grandfather of Theresa, Raymond (Tracey), Andrew, Brian (Manel), Jeremy, and Lindsay (James); dear great-grandfather of Holly, Jon, Anthony, Ethan, Tia, Amber, and Sadie.

Visitation from 3 until 9pm, Wednesday, at the Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights. In State, 10am until time of funeral service at 11am, Thursday, at St. Matthew Evangelical Lutheran Church, 9081 N. Maryland St., Niles. Interment at Ridgewood Cemetery.
