Joyce McCabe was born October 30, 1939 in Chicago to William Francis and Mary Helen (nee Joyce) Carr. She died July 5, 2013 at Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview.

Joyce is survived by her husband David L. McCabe; her children David J. McCabe, Mary (Mike) Ray, Elizabeth (Chet) Hartsock, Joanna McCabe Voeks; her grandchildren Amanda, Michael, Melissa, Caitlin, Nicole, Tyler, Nicholas, McKenzie, Brandon, Jared and Morgan; her great grandson Nathan; her sister Peggy (late Ernie) Kolb and by her nieces and nephews.

Joyce is preceded in death by her sister Joan (late Frank) Bulger and by her parents.

Visitation from 3 PM until 8 PM, Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights. Prayers 9:15 AM, Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., to St. Mary Catholic Parish 10 N. Buffalo Grove Road, Buffalo Grove for Mass at 10 AM. Interment St. Mary Parish Cemetery.
