Dolores Horne

Dolores Horne was born on December 1, 1916 in Chicago to Oscar and Alma (nee Ludwig) Ferrari. She died Sunday, July 22, 2012 at the Lutheran Home in Arlington Heights,

Mrs. Horne was a former owner of Empire Hard Chrome Plating Company in Chicago. She loved music and played the piano all her life.

Dolores is survived by her sister, Elaine G. Birr; her niece, Judy (Paul) Moe; her grandchildren, Elise Horne, William G. Horne III, and Shelby Horne; and her grand-nephew and Godson, David Moe.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William G. Horne, Sr.; her son, William G. Horne, Jr.; and her parents.

Memorial Visitation, Wednesday, July 25, 2012 from 10AM until time of Memorial Service at 11 AM at St. Peter Lutheran Church, 111 W. Olive St., Arlington Heights.
