Patricia Helen McLaughlin was born on March 27, 1928 in Chicago to Martin and Mae (nee Fodge) Melvin. She passed away on July 20, 2012 in Arlington Heights.

She is survived by her husband, F. William McLaughlin; her children, Kathleen McLaughlin, F. William (Sharon) McLaughlin and Thomas (Kathie) McLaughlin; her grandchildren, Jenna, Scott, Julie, Patrick, Terence, Daniel and Katelyn; her brother, Robert Melvin; and her sister, Elizabeth Burns.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her daughter Mary Patricia (Donald) Koller; her sister, June Sullivan; and her brother, Martin Melvin.

Visitation from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights. Prayers 9:15 AM Thursday, July 26, 2012 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., to St. James Church, 831 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights for Mass at 10:00 AM. Interment St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery.
