Mildred S. Carlson

Mildred S. Carlson was born on February 3, 1911 in Chicago, Illinois to Charles and Alma (nee Troch) Stephan. She died Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at Alden Courts of Des Plaines.

Before retiring Mrs. Carlson worked as a Medical Secretary for University of Illinois Hospital.

She is survived by her children, Joan (Thomas) Hogarth of Cary, Richard C. and Stephan J. Carlson of Mt. Prospect; her grandchildren Jeffrey (Lisa) and Thomas A. Hogarth and Suzanne (Denis) Adams; and her great grandchildren Andrew, Matthew and Lexi Hogarth, Liam and Thomas Adams.

Mildred was preceded in death by her husband Joseph; and her parents.

Visitation from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm, Friday, July 6, 2012 at the Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, Illinois. Funeral Service 10:00 am, Saturday, July 7, 2012 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 100 S. School St., Mount Prospect, Illinois. Interment at Eden Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to St. Paul Lutheran Church, Mt. Prospect.
