Ruth C. Henderson
Of Arlington Heights
Ruth C. Henderson was born on May 11, 1926 in Chicago to John C. and
Elizabeth C (nee Kevel) Dickman. She passed away on July 24, 2011 in
Arlington Heights.
She is survived by her husband, Richard G. “Dick”; her children, John
(Mary) Henderson of Eagan, MN, Mark Henderson of Algonquin, Steve
Henderson of Arlington Heights, Dave (Shannon) Henderson of Arlington
Heights and Kate (Roman) Dziubyk of Inverness; her grandchildren, Tom,
Nick, Joe, Ben, Nathan, Hannah, Christine, Cari, Erin, Emily, Eric,
Laura and Matt; her great-grandchildren, Andrew and Hayley; her sisters,
Jean (the late Steve) O’Malley of Hinsdale and Rita (Robert) Wahl of
Batavia; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
She was preceded in death by her son, Bill; her grandson, Michael; and
her sister, Mary (the late Gerard) Nowak.
Visitation 3:00 to 9:00 PM Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at the Glueckert
Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of
Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights. Prayers 9:15 AM Wednesday, July 27,
2011 at the funeral home to St. James Church, 831 N. Arlington Heights
Rd., Arlington Heights for Mass at 10:00 AM. Interment All Saints
Cemetery.
