Of River Forest
Linda C. Kelly was born in Chicago to Bernard Kelly and Dorothy (nee Hoffman). She died July 12, 2010 at Rainbow Hospice Ark, Park Ridge.
After graduating from Immaculata High School in Chicago, she went on to earn her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Northeastern Illinois University.
Linda was a gifted artist in music, poetry, and was renowned for her water-color painting. She and her husband, John Rossi, collaborated on countless artistic and musical ventures. Her singing voice is heard on the Cambridge Homes advertising jingle.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her brothers Dan, Gary, and Kevin M. (Laura) Kelly; and her niece, Sarah.
Linda is preceded in death by her parents.
Memorial visitation Saturday, August 7, 2010 from 3:00 PM until the time of memorial service at 7:00 PM, at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road), Arlington Heights. Interment private.
