Of Arlington Heights
Lorraine K. Meyer was born August 29, 1921 in Chicago to William and Ella (nee Hermann) Kaddatz. She passed away on Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at the Lutheran Home and Services in Arlington Heights.
She is survived by her children, Donald (Sharon) Meyer and Barbara (the late Frank) Castleberry; and her grandson, Kristian.
Lorraine is preceded in death by her husband, Elmer W. Meyer; her parents; and her brother, Wilbert Kaddatz.
Visitation is from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Friday, July 16, 2010 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd. (four blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights and from 9:00 AM until the time of Funeral Service at 10:00 AM, Saturday, July 17, 2010 at St. Peter Lutheran Church, 111 W. Olive St., Arlington Heights. Interment is at Ridgewood Cemetery in Des Plaines.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to St. Peter Lutheran Church.
