Michael J. Walsh was born on July 18, 1937 in Evanston to Michael and Bridget Agnes (nee Fergus) Walsh. He passed away on July 8, 2010 in Arlington Heights.
He is survived by his wife, Sheila (nee Heffernan) Walsh; his son Michael H. (Amy) Walsh of Vernon Hills; his grandchildren, Alayna Harber, Kourtney Kurps and Michael A. Walsh; his sister, Mary Margaret “Maureen” Walsh; and his brother, P. Kevin Walsh.
Michael was preceded in death by his parents and his daughter, Donna Marie Walsh.
Visitation from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Sunday, July 11, 2010 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights. Prayers 11:15 AM, Monday, July 12, 2010 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., to St. James Church, 831 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights for Mass at 12:00 PM. Interment All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines.
