David B. Tetzlaff
Of Arlington Heights

David Blakefield Tetzlaff was born on August 4, 1938 in Milwaukee, Wis. He passed away July 30, 2007 in Arlington Heights.

Mr. Tetzlaff loved gardening and vintage muscle cars. He enjoyed parades and loved spending time with his friends and family. He was his granddaughters’ biggest fan. He loved his cats and was a supporter of the Buddy Foundation.

David is survived by his wife of 45 years, Bonnie (nee Clark), his children, David A. (Kris) Tetzlaff of Palatine and Kris (Paul) Launer of North Barrington, and his granddaughters, Aubrey and Sarah Launer.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank A. and Evelyn (nee Francis) Tetzlaff and his sister, Carol Emerson.

Visitation Wednesday, August 1, 2007 from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights and Thursday, August 2, 2007 from 10:00 AM until the time of funeral service at 11:00 AM at First Presbyterian Church of Arlington Heights, 302 N. Dunton Ave., Arlington Heights. Interment will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery.
