Margaret (“Peggy”) Double
Of Arlington Heights

Margaret Double, a resident of Arlington Heights since 1952, was born on March 1, 1912, in Chicago, IL to Stanley and Elsie (flee Sutherland) Goodell. She died Thursday, July 19,2007, at Rosewood Care Center in Northbrook.

Mrs. Double was employed as a bookkeeper at Benjamin Electric Company before retiring. She was a member of the Eastern Star, and also had volunteered at the Arlington Heights Library and Senior Center for many years.

Margaret is survived by her children, Adrienne (Raymond) Rukstales and W. John (Rise) Double; her grandchildren, Brian (Debbie) Rukstales, Diane (Mason) Saadat, Brad (Jill) Rukstales, Scott Double, Kelli (Jason) Wynne, and Corey Double; her step- grandchildren, Stephanie (Rich ) Bellucci and Adam (Carla) Berry; and twelve great- grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter J. Double, Sr.; her parents; and her sister Gladys Petersen.

Visitation 4:00 until 8:00 PM, Thursday, July 26,2007 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Funeral service 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 27.
