Charles Allen “Chuck” Montalbano
Of Arlington Heights

Charles Montalbano was born in Chicago on July 13, 1931 to Jasper and Grace (nee Lomanto) Montalbano. He passed away peacefully at home on July 12, 2007 with his family by his side.

Mr. Montalbano was employed in sales and general management in the steel industry.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Arlene (nee Schmidt), whom he married July 12, 1952; his beloved children Curt (Mayra) of Woodstock, Ill., Michael (Carmen Zranchev) of Highland Park, Chuck (Misty) of Crystal Lake and Melissa of Grandview, Missouri; his grandchildren Vito, Nick, Jasper, Travis, Caitlin, Hailey, Gabrielle, Sophia and Joey, his great grandson Skylar; and his brother Dr. Joel (Betty) Montalbano.

Visitation from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM, Monday, July 16, 2007 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights and Tuesday, July 17, 2007 from 9:00 AM until the time funeral service at 10:00 AM at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church, 1234 N. Arlington Heights Rd.. Interment Elmwood Cemetery.
