Mary Lou Rumatz
Of Arlington Heights

Mary Lou Rumatz was born January 22, 1926, in Chicago to Charles and Barbara (nee Kobel). She died July 10, 2006, at Good Shepherd Hospital in Barrington.

Mrs. Rumatz was an active member of St. John's United Church of Christ for nover 50 years, she was a proud member of the Arlington Heights P.E.O. Chapter, and active at the Rolling Meadows Senior Center.

Mary Lou is survived by her children, Barbara (Geoff) Brazer of North Huntingdon, PA, Peg (Jeff) Schramuk of Bartlett, and Ted (Carol) Rumazt of Crystal Lake; her grandchildren, Darren, Ted Greg, and Katie; and her siblings, Charles Febel and Betty Kelly.

She is preceded by her husband, Warren, whom she married on August 28, 1948; her son, Mark Rumatz , her sister-in-law, Sally Febel, and her nephew, Bill Febel.

Visitation 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM, Wednesday, July 12, 2006 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (four blocks south of mPalatine Road) Arlington Heights. Memorial service 10:00 AM, Saturday, July 22, 2006, at St. John United Church of Christ, 308 N. Evergreen St.,Arlington Heights. Interment Chapel Hill West Cemetery.
