Tom Eric Eliassen was born May 11, 1968 in Chicago to Earl and Greta (nee Jensen) Eliassen. He died July 4, 2006 at his parent’s home in Buffalo Grove.
Mr. Eliassen was employed at Segerdahl Graphics in Wheeling for 15 years.
Tom is survived by his parents; his sister, Linda (Craig) Bakstad of West Dundee; and his nieces and nephews, Kathryn, Bree and Erik Bakstad.
Memorial visitation 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Thursday, July 13, 2006, with a memorial service to follow at 7:00 PM, at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (four blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Interment private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Hope for Vision, 1011 S. Waida Ave., LaGrange, IL 60525, www.hopeforvision.com.
