Lorraine Boustead
Of Arlington Heights
Lorraine E. Boustead was born in Chicago to Roy
and Ethel (Steinbrecher) Johnson. She died June
12, 2013 at Northwest Community Hospital in
Arlington Heights.
Lorraine began her active life as an Honored
Queen of Job’s Daughters in 1940 and continued
with leadership roles in various clubs and
organizations in Roseland, Riverdale and most
recently at Luther Village in Arlington Heights.
Lorraine is survived by her children David
(Barbara) Boustead, Glenn (Shirley) Boustead and
Judith Boustead-Durachta; her grandchildren
Zachary, Erick and Nicholas Boustead and John
(Valerie) Durachta; her great-granddaughter
Hailey; her nephew Terry Johnson and by her
nieces Jackie (James) Nagode, Catherine (Mike)
Lowdermilk and Susan (Robert) Manton.
Lorraine is preceded in death by her husband
Samuel T. Boustead; her siblings Roy (late
Virginia) Johnson and Robert (late Marilyn)
Johnson and by her parents.
Visitation Sunday, June 16, 2013 from 2 until 8
PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N.
Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of
Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Funeral
service 10 AM, Monday, June 17, 2013 at the
Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd. Interment at Chapel
Hill Gardens South Cemetery, Oak Lawn at 12:45
PM.
