David Mattis
Of Buffalo Grove

David Lee Mattis was born in Chicago to Joseph and Violet (nee Bastian) Mattis. He died June 28, 2012 at the age of 66 at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights.

David is survived by his wife Donna (nee Bronke) Mattis; his children Maurice Mattis and Sandy (Derrick) Jenner; his grandchildren Dylan and Madison; his sister Violet (Alfredo) Uribe and many nieces and nephews.

David is preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation Monday, July 1, 2012 from 9 AM until time of service at 12 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Interment at Irving Park Cemetery.
