Mary Ann Thurow

Mary Ann Thurow was born May 25, 1944 in Washington, D.C. to Raymond A. and Julia (nee Sterbentz) Thurow. She passed away June 8, 2012 after a long and courageous battle with cancer.

Mary Ann enjoyed attending local concerts with her friends and attending breakfast at Arlington Park.

Mary Ann is survived by her siblings Susan Thurow and John (Nancy) Thurow and by her many friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Memorial visitation Wednesday, June 13, 2012 from 10 AM until time of memorial service at 12 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to The Himalayan Cataract Project, P.O. Box 55, Waterbury, Vermont.
