Robert E. Wleklinski

Robert E. Wleklinski was born on March 25, 1925 in Chicago to Edmund and Marie (nee Korbasiewicz ) Wleklinski. He died peacefully Sunday, June 10, 2012 at his home in Arlington Heights.

Robert is survived by his wife, Germaine (nee Petermann); his sons, Gary (Mary) Wleklinski and Craig T. Wleklinski; his grandchildren, Ryan, Kevin (Ashlea), Jason, Brian, Dana, and Meghan Wleklinski; his sisters-in-law, Carol (Victor) Rizzo and Ira Petermann; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Lucille (the late Charles) Brooks; and his brother-in-law, Melvin F. Petermann.

Visitation from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm, Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights. Prayers 9:15 am Thursday, June 14, 2012 at the Funeral Home, proceeding to St. James Catholic Church, 831 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights for Mass at 10:00 am. Interment St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery.
