Sarah Bonta Chrabasz
Of Arlington Heights

Sarah Bonta Chrabasz was born on December 19, 1920 in Chicago to Michael and Margaret (nee Gariti) Porpora. She entered into eternal peace on Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at the home of her daughter, surrounded by her loving family.

Sarah is survived by her husband Florian "Clicks" Chrabasz; her children, Carl (Geraldine) Bonta, James (the late Kathleen) Bonta and Rosemarie (Robert) Ellsworth; her step-children, Janice and Ken; her grandchildren, Jim (Pam) Bonta, Gina (Ray) Metallo, Carl (Kim) Bonta, Michele (Eric) Roth, Jennifer (Sergio) Pizzo, Kristen (Kirk) Donovan and Joseph Machometa; her 11 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by first husband, James Bonta; her parents; her son, Michael Bonta; and her 18 brothers and sisters..

Visitation from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm, Friday, June 8, 2012 at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights.

 Prayers 9:15 am, Saturday, June 9, 2012 at the funeral home proceeding to St. Colette Catholic Church, 3900 Meadow Dr., Rolling Meadows for Mass at 10:00 am. Interment Mount Carmel.
