Paul Everding went home to be with his Lord and Savior on June 7, 2011.
He leaves behind his loving wife, Peggy (nee Rogers) Everding; his children, Mark (Carmen) Everding, Joyce (Mike) Moffitt, and Bruce (Julie) Everding; and his grandchildren, Andy (Becca) Everding, Erica and Jessica Moffitt, Ryan, Tom, Alyssa, and Dave Everding. He was a devoted husband and proud father and grandfather. He was born February, 2 1936 into the farming community of Elk Grove Village to George and Mabel (nee Goede) Everding. An entrepreneur at heart he was a concrete man, builder and land developer and even an owner operator of Adventureland and Santa’s Village in the 1970’s. He enjoyed many of life’s material blessings but he never held them tight and will be remembered for his generosity and humble servants mindset.
Visitation from 11:00 AM until time of Funeral Service 2:00 PM, Friday, June 10, 2011 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Interment will be following the Funeral Service at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
