Of Arlington Heights
Dorothy H. Pearson was born September 28, 1914 in Danville, Illinois to Ross E. and Mary Helen (nee Barnett) Bentley. She passed away on Monday, June 6, 2011 at Lutheran Home and Services in Arlington Heights.
She is survived by her children, Richard (Dawn) Pearson, and Carol (Raymond) Ganske; her grandchildren, Paul Jr. (Pamela Schroeder), Kathryn Pearson, Rachael (Timothy) Bernero, David Pearson, John (Barbara Bendt) Sehnert, Catherine (Kurt) Wolfe, Jennifer (Michael) Hejlek, Michael Ganske, Emma (Eric) Mathews, and Timothy Ganske, and her 16 great-grandchildren; her sister Mary Elizabeth (the late Thayne) Johnson; and her many nieces and nephews.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Paul William Pearson; her brothers, Ralph (Madia) Bentley, Kenneth (the late Sarah) Bentley, and Lewis (Frances) Bentley; and by her parents.
Visitation from 9:30 AM until time of Funeral Service 10:30 AM at the Presbyterian Church of Barrington, 6 Brinker Rd., Barrington. Interment is at Windridge Cemetery.
